Maybank raised NER’s 2021 profit forecast by 27% after it learned that there are orders to be delivered through October 2021. The gross margin is likely to be high, following a very good 1Q21 due to the high demand for rubber from China, good matching of production and orders, plus good preparation of raw materials.
KGI Securities has given an “Outperform” rating on Com7 Public Company Limited (COM7) with a target price at ฿82.00/share.
KGI stated that COM7’s strategy on branch expansions, product selections and online sales would lead to an outstanding profit growth in 2021-2022. Meanwhile, 1Q21 earnings also beat expectations. KGI upgraded COM7’s target price from Bt72 to Bt82, based on 36x PER (+1.0 SD to its peers).
