ประเด็นเรื่อง LGBT ถือเป็นหนึ่งเรื่องเด่นที่ทุกวันนี้เส้นแบ่งระหว่างเพศถูกมองข้ามไปแล้ว เหล่า LGBT ก็กลายมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่เติมเต็มให้แต่ละวงการสมบูรณ์ขึ้น โดยเฉพาะโลกแฟชั่นที่แม้จะเปิดกว้างมาตั้งนานแล้ว แต่สองสามปีหลังมานี้เหล่านางแบบข้ามเพศไม่ใช่เพียงแค่มาเติมเต็มวงการแฟชั่น แต่กลายเป็นกระแสหลักที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับคนทั่วโลก เราจึงได้รวบรวมเหล่านางแบบ-นายแบบข้ามเพศที่กำลังฮ็อตในโลกแฟชั่นอยู่ในขณะนี้

หลังจากหายหน้าไปจากแฟชั่นวีคที่ผ่านมา จากนางแบบผมแดงเพลิงอย่าง Natalie Westling ได้แปลงเพศกลายเป็น Nathan Westling เรียบร้อยแล้ว พร้อมให้สัมภาษณ์กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในครั้งนี้กับ CNN พร้อมอธิบายตัวเองว่า “a masculine version of my old self.”
