การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) แจ้งปิดทำการทุกแห่งเนื่องในวันปิยมหาราช ในวันวันพุธที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2562 ยกเว้นเคาน์เตอร์ที่ศูนย์บริการภาครัฐแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ (Government Center) ที่เปิดทำการพร้อมให้บริการชำระค่าไฟฟ้าปกติ 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลพลาซาเวสต์เกต โซน Fashion ชั้น 1 และห้างเซ็นทรัลแจ้งวัฒนะ บริเวณชั้น 3 ระหว่างเวลา 10.00-17.30 น. และห้างสรรพสินค้าเดอะมอลล์งามวงศ์วาน บริเวณชั้น 3 ระหว่างเวลา 10.30-18.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ กฟน. จะเปิดทำการ และให้บริการรับชำระค่าไฟฟ้าตามปกติ ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2562 ระหว่างเวลา 07.30-15.30 น. (ให้บริการรับชำระค่าไฟฟ้า และธุรกรรมทางการเงิน เวลา 07.30-15.00 น.) สำหรับในช่วงเวลาปิดทำการ สามารถชำระค่าไฟฟ้า โดยผ่านช่องทาง MEA Smart Life Application หักผ่านบัตรเครดิต Mastercard และ Visa ซึ่งสามารถชำระได้ทุกวัน ไม่เว้นวันหยุด ผู้สนใจสามารถดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชันได้ที่ App Store และ Google Play ดาวน์โหลดฟรี คลิก http://is.gd/KlyQKF หักบัญชีบัตรเครดิต ชำระผ่านทาง ATM ชำระผ่านทาง Internet Banking ชำระผ่านทาง Mobile Banking หรือชำระผ่านตัวแทนรับชำระค่าไฟฟ้าทุกแห่ง เช่น เคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส ธนาคาร เทสโก้โลตัส และบิ๊กซี เป็นต้น
นอกจากนี้ MEA ยังให้บริการแก้ไขไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง สามารถแจ้งผ่าน MEA Smart Life Application ช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่าง ๆ ของ MEA ได้แก่ Facebook : การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) Line@ : @meanews Twitter : @mea_news รวมถึงแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่การไฟฟ้านครหลวงเขต ได้ทุกแห่ง และแจ้งผ่านศูนย์บริการข้อมูลผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าการไฟฟ้านครหลวง MEA Call Center 1130 ที่พร้อมให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) will close all offices on Wednesday, 23 October 2019, which is King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day. However, the counters at 3 Government Centers in Nonthaburi, which are located on 1st Floor Fashion Zone of CentralPlaza WestGate and 3rd Floor of CentralPlaza Chaengwattana will be available from 10.00 am - 5.30 pm, and 5th Floor of The Mall Ngamwongwan will be available from 10.30 am - 6.00 pm. MEA offices will be available for payments and financial transactions as usual on Thursday, 24 October 2019 from 7.30 am - 3.00 pm. After the office hours, the payment can be made via MEA Smart Life Application with Mastercard and Visa credit cards downloadable for free from http://is.gd/KlyQKF, via mobile banking, or at any of the payment agents such as banks, Counter Service, Tesco Lotus, Big C, etc.
During the closing time, MEA continues to provide power failure repair and information services.
