Luxury fashion designers showcased their haute couture collections, with many houses, such as Chanel and Dior, going back to basics

Paris Fashion Week always features the loftiest names in business and often showcases jaw-dropping designs custom-made for the rich and famous. From Chanel's tweed suits to the little black dresses custom-made by Dior, this season's couture goes back to the basic allure of fashion while maintaining impeccable craftsmanship.

Giambattista Valli presented a haute couture draped dress with train and showcased it with a Bulgari necklace.
