SHANGHAI, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- With the theme of "Crossing Boundaries, Incubating Innovative Forces and Leading Future Technologies," the Incubation Special Section of the 7th CIIE aims to offer technological incubators an opportunity to jointly explore ways of innovation.
