穿著芭蕾舞裙、掂起腳尖翩翩起舞的女生,往往散發著迷人的優雅氣質,更加吸引人的是她們均稱又結實的身形。即使過了學跳舞的年紀,其實亦有方法練出舞蹈員的線條美,近年在歐美愈來愈流行的BarreAmped,以芭蕾舞動作為基礎,再混合普拉提和瑜伽等元素的新興運動,深受女士歡迎。

Barre=練習芭蕾舞用的把杆

BarreAmped中的Barre即是練習芭蕾舞用的把杆,訓練者主要會利用把杆及其他一系列的輔助工具,包括:阻力繩、彈力球和啞鈴等,做出不同伸展動作和輕度重量訓練,訓練方法十分多變,而且節奏輕快,有效加快新陳代謝,達致塑身消脂的效果。

沒有跳舞底子也能練習

對比起普拉提和瑜伽,BarreAmped在服飾方面也差不多,以貼身具彈性的運動服為主,而訓練動作方面則滲入了更多舞蹈元素,即使沒有跳舞底子,也能跟著音樂,對著鏡子輕輕轉換各種姿勢,從中享受舞動的感覺和樂趣,同時又能鍛練身體,一舉兩得。

練出結實線條 改善身體姿勢

跳芭蕾舞要跳得好看,舞者一定要隨時隨地都挺胸收腹,做BarreAmped也不例外,訓練者要時刻保持良好姿勢,例如做Legs Lift、V Position、Wide Second Position等經典芭蕾舞動作時,訓練者的腰背要用力挺直,保持重心穩定,從而鍛練到核心肌群和靈活度,以及改善寒背等日常姿勢問題。BarreAmpd另一個特色是動作轉換幅度較微細,除了充滿優雅的感覺外,還能收緊全身肌肉線條,但又不會練出爆肌,最啱追求健康又想擁有苗條身材的OL。

BarreAmped在香港雖然未有瑜伽和普拉提般普及,不過也漸漸流行起來,當中Barre 2 Barre、WeBarre、Flex Studio和Pure Fitness也有提供相關課程,各個Studio的訓練內容也略有不同,有些會開設舞蹈班,有些則提供了其他健身課程。有興趣的朋友不妨了解後再試玩,趁炎夏還未到來前,趕緊努力瘦身啦!
