Liquor-making experiment suggests advanced distillation techniques in Western Han Dynasty

Chinese researchers used 1:1 bronze replicas of vessels from the tomb of Liu He, the Marquis of Haihun, to recreate 22% taro liquor. Researchers believe this proves that advanced distillation techniques existed in the Western Han Dynasty (202 B.C.-A.D. 8).
