What is served at a top chef’s wedding celebration? ThiTid Tassanakajohn, popularly known as Chef Ton, tied the knot with May Jirutta on January 19, 2025, at a glamorous event that brought together the best of Asia’s F&B scene.

The renowned chef-owner of Le Du and Nusara hosted his wedding at the newly-opened Le Du Kaan, a rooftop sky bar located on the 56th floor of The Empire. “There was no better place to host our wedding than our newest restaurant, with the most beautiful view in Bangkok,” smiled the groom.

One of the highlights of the evening was a gastronomic feat never seen before—a 38-hands feast featuring some of Asia’s top talent, from the likes of Hong Kong’s Vicky Cheng and Singapore’s LG Han and Paul Liew to Thailand’s Chef Pam Soontornyanakij. “I invited my chef friends from all around Asia to cook with us—a dish that is casual and fun that belongs to their country,” he continues.
