This summer, luxury Swiss watchmaker Hublot invites you to indulge in a fun cocktail experience at Quinary, one of Hong Kong’s premier bars, ranked 26th on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. From August 1 to 14, 2024, the “Hublot Loves Summer” campaign blends the art of haute horlogerie with the creativity of avant-garde mixology. As guests step into Quinary, they will be transported to a chic summer paradise. The exterior, adorned with a “Hublot Loves Summer” lightbox and surfboards, sets the stage for an inviting atmosphere. Inside, elegant Hublot logo displays and custom cushions enhance the ambience, while a specially designed mirror spot provides the perfect backdrop for Instagram-worthy moments.

At the heart of this collaboration is The Unico Sour, a signature cocktail crafted by renowned mixologist Antonio Lai. Inspired by the essence of summer, this refreshing drink combines tropical flavours like pineapple, yuzu, and lemon, enriched by mezcal and rum. Topped with a garnish featuring an “H” motif, The Unico Sour captures the spirit of Hublot’s Big Bang Unico collection, highlighting the brand’s commitment to the “Art of Fusion.”

In addition to the cocktail experience, Hublot will showcase its latest timepieces, including the Spirit of Big Bang Sang Bleu High Jewellery White Gold, launched at Watches and Wonders Geneva earlier this year. A selection of colourful ceramic watches will also be on display, aligning with the summer theme.
Whether you are a watch enthusiast or a cocktail lover, the “Hublot Loves Summer” experience promises to be a highlight of Hong Kong’s luxury watch scene this August.
