BEIRUT, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- Israel continues its strikes on parts of Lebanon as its conflict with Lebanese armed group Hezbollah intensifies.

At least 11 people were injured on Saturday afternoon in an Israeli airstrike on a building in Hadath in Beirut's southern suburbs, said the Lebanese health ministry.

The airstrike targeted a shop selling motorbikes in a densely populated area near a shopping mall and several restaurants, local TV channel al-Jadeed reported.

Israeli airstrikes on eastern and southern Lebanon on Friday and Saturday morning have killed at least 69 people and injured 126 others, according to local authorities.
