JERUSALEM, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- The first three Israeli hostages released from the Gaza Strip under a ceasefire agreement that took effect on Sunday have returned to Israel and reunited with their families.

Early on Monday, just hours after the three Israeli hostages returned to Israel, 90 Palestinian prisoners were released from Ofer prison, located west of Ramallah in the West Bank.
