The residential development Oria in Shau Kei Wan, developed by Hip Shing Hong, launched its first round of sales last night, offering 47 units. This marks the first urban new launch of the year. By the end of the evening, 41 units were sold, accounting for nearly 90% of the released inventory.
The units sold in the first round primarily consisted of studio and one-bedroom layouts, with discounted prices starting from HK$3.351 million. According to the developer, around 70% of buyers were residents from Hong Kong Island, particularly from the Shau Kei Wan area.
Following the successful first round, the developer immediately released the third price list, adding 35 units. These include both studio and one-bedroom layouts, with usable areas ranging from 211 to 343 square feet. Discounted prices for these units range from HK$3.734 million to HK$6.692 million, translating to a discounted price per square foot between HK$16,897 and HK$20,862.
Additionally, the developer revised the first price list, reducing prices for 20 units (Type F and Type G). The second round of sales, offering 55 units, is scheduled for Sunday, January 12.
