To showcase its commitment to supporting the local community, Cordis Hong Kong is pleased to announce its collaboration with Kowloon Flour Mills, the only remaining flour mill in Hong Kong. The hotel's Michelin-starred culinary team has joined hands with executive pastry chef Roy to present a selection of Asian and western treats, infused with premium flour from Kowloon Flour Mills.
Savoury bites include an assortment of signature Cantonese dim sum, featuring a barbecued pork bun bursting with flavourful char siu filling. The tea set also features an array of western desserts using premium flour from Kowloon Flour Mills in creations like the passionfruit banana milk chocolate cake and pistachio white chocolate roulade. Complementing these delights are the mango almond panna cotta and the strawberry cheesecake.
Each tea set is priced at HK$258 for two persons, including two glasses of Hong Kong-style iced milk tea or salted lemon Sprite and two custom-designed tote bags*, further enhancing the vibrant flavour of Hong Kong.
