CHONGQING, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- Statistics reveal that the cargo throughput of Guoyuan Port in southwest China's Chongqing reached 26.006 million tonnes in the first eleven months of 2024, up 4.3 percent year on year.

Guoyuan Port, the largest port on the upper reaches of the Yangtze, is also a key point connecting the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Belt and Road regions.
