Chef de cuisine Valerio Mandile is excited to present an enhanced weekend brunch menu for Grissini diners, adding a wide selection of seasonal aperitivo items that pair perfectly with various aperitif drink packages, offering a memorable Italian-inspired brunch experience for guests.

The weekend brunch set menu, which starts from HK$880 per person, features an array of Italian gourmet delights. It begins with capocollo, anchovies and burrata, followed by a selection of traditional Italian antipasti, such as poached Gillardeau oyster with oyster leaf, free-range poached egg with zucchini and pecorino sauce, and traditional hand-formed meatballs braised in tomato sauce.

For pasta, seafood lovers can enjoy purple potato gnocchi with clams and carnaroli rice with shellfish emulsion and prawns, or upgrade to the signature Atlantic lobster spaghetti with Piennolo tomatoes for an additional HK$150. Guests looking to share some meat dishes can choose to add HK$170 to enjoy the signature Roman clay pot-baked chicken with morel mushrooms.

End the meal on a sweet note with a shared selection of desserts, including the signature tiramisu. Wine or cocktail enthusiasts can also choose to savour the brunch menu with different wine or aperitif-pairing options, with the basic package of free-flow classic Italian aperitif cocktails or the premium package with a selection of extraordinary Italian wines handpicked by Grissini's resident head sommelier, Alex Wai.
