MANILA, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- A colorful pet parade takes over Quezon City, the Philippines, as people and their fabulously costumed pets celebrate World Animal Day. From dazzling outfits to fun decorations, the joy is contagious!
The World Animal Day is observed on Oct. 4 every year.
