NewJeans Danielle確定退團解約！ADOR提出違約金，損害賠償請求！
全體成員都表明有意「回歸ADOR」的NewJeans，雖然先前一直在進行協調與調整，但如今卻宣布「Danielle」已解除合約。ADOR表示將提出違約金與損害賠償請求。
ADOR於29日發表聲明指出：「我們判斷Danielle難以繼續以NewJeans成員及ADOR所屬藝人的身分共同活動，因此本公司已於今日通知解除專屬合約。」並表示：「對於引發本次紛爭、導致NewJeans離隊以及回歸延遲負有重大責任的Danielle家族其中一人，以及前代表閔熙珍，預計將追究其法律責任。」
同日，ADOR也向韓國媒體透露：「關於Danielle，我們預計在今日內提交違約罰金及損害賠償的起訴狀。」外界預期民事訴訟將會展開。
ADOR在「對NewJeans的專屬合約確認訴訟」中勝訴。由於成員們曾提出回歸意向，因此先前一直持續進行協調。就 Danielle 以外的成員來看，年幼組「Haerin、Hyein」方面，ADOR已透過官方聲明表示「會提供支援」。Hanni則決定回歸ADOR，Minji仍在協議中。
