Since the ongoing heavy rainfall in central China's Hunan Province began, more than 53,000 residents have been evacuated in the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Zhangjiajie, Changde and Huaihua as of 5:00 p.m. Friday, the office of the provincial emergency management commission has said. #XinhuaNews
