Michelin-starred restaurant Ming Court has created a five-course Gourmet Tasting Menu to present exquisite Cantonese cuisine for families to enjoy together. Crafted by executive chef Li Yuet Faat, the menu features high quality ingredients and premium produce such as 28-head whole Yoshihama dried abalone, fish maw, Boston lobster, caviar and Wagyu beef, allowing gourmands to explore the abundant tastes of both land and ocean. The variety of dishes are ideal for family gatherings with highlights including the lobster ensemble; braised whole abalone with fish maw and pomelo; wok-fried M9 Wagyu beef and lobster claw in black pepper sauce, and more.
The five-course Ming Court Gourmet Tasting Menu is priced at HK$1,288 per person (minimum two; maximum eight people per table) and is available every day until 31 August 2022. Langham Supper Club members can also enjoy the special price of HK$888 per person.
