Island Shangri-La invites you on a journey that blends culinary artistry with oenological expertise. Award-winning sommeliers and distinguished speakers will bring the stories behind the bottles to life, while the hotel’s celebrated restaurants transform into intimate tasting venues. Expect rare labels—including some of the world’s most coveted vintages—paired with menus designed to elevate the experience. With 16 exclusive events spread across five of the hotel’s esteemed restaurants, the 2024 Festival of Wine promises an unparalleled depth of variety. An in-depth discovery across 16 wine-tasting events at five venues

Immerse yourself in the world of fine wines at Island Shangri-La’s five acclaimed venues: Restaurant Petrus, Lobster Bar and Grill, Nadaman, Summer Palace, and Ming Pavilion. With a rotating schedule of 16 events, from bespoke pairing menus to a wine bar pop-up and an afternoon tasting, there’s no shortage of opportunities for discovery. The festival boasts an exceptional selection of wines spanning six countries, featuring 15 rare vintages and over 100 labels—including the coveted Château Latour 1961, which commands an impressive HK$40,000 per bottle.

For those with a taste for tradition, Restaurant Petrus offers a chance to explore Burgundy and Bordeaux’s finest at the *Signature Icons* event. Paired with refined French dishes, the line-up includes such gems as Château Margaux 1961, Château Latour 1961, a classic 1924 Château Palmer, and the legendary Château Mouton-Rothschild 1918 and Château Lafite-Rothschild 1908, valued at HK$38,000 and HK$10,000 per bottle respectively.
