NAGAON, India, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- India's ghost chilli, locally known as "bhut jolokia," is certified as the world's hottest chili pepper, which is 170 times hotter than Tabasco sauce. The local vendor sells them at the market in India's northeastern state of Assam.
