KARACHI, Pakistan, June 16 (Xinhua) -- Gale winds and rains swept over Pakistan's Karachi under the influence of cyclonic storm Biparjoy on Thursday.
Pakistan evacuated around 100,000 people to ensure the safety of those living in the country's coastal area ahead of Cyclone Biparjoy.
