CAIRO, March 27 (Xinhua) -- During the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, people are encouraged to engage in various forms of charity, including providing food to those in poverty, and offering financial assistance to those in need.
In many countries in the Middle East, charity groups have been busy preparing collective free Iftar, a fast-breaking meal at sunset, for the poor.
