冬瓜 Winter melon 600克/g
鹹蛋 Salted egg 1-2隻/pcs
豬展 Pork shank 1個/pc
胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許/Some
薑 Ginger 2片/slices
水 Water 1.5公升/Lite

作法:

冬瓜切件 Cut winter melon into pieces.
2 :
豬展切片 Slice pork shank.
3 :
下胡椒粉略醃 Marinate the pork shank with pepper powder .

鹹蛋分開蛋黃及蛋白 Separate the egg yolk and egg white of salted eggs.

燒熱鑊,下少許油,爆香薑片 Heat a wok and a little oil, Pan fry ginger slices until fragrant.

下豬展片煎香兩邊 Add pork shank and pan fry both sides until sightly brown.

下1.5公升水,煲滾 Add water and bring to a boil.

下冬瓜件 Add winter melon pieces.

下鹹蛋黃,煲15分鐘 Add egg yolk and boil for 15 minutes.

下鹹蛋白,再煮2分鐘 Add egg white and boil for 2 more minutes.

酌量加鹽調味,完成 Season with salt and done.
