As Valentine’s Day approaches, Amber, the Michelin two-starred and green-starred restaurant, offers an elegant setting for a memorable dining experience. Under the guidance of chef Richard Ekkebus, Amber presents a curated six-course lunch and eight-course dinner designed for those looking to celebrate love in the most refined way.

The seasonal menu shines with standouts like MSC-certified bluefin tuna, Ping Yeun chicken liver with dry sherry and chive, and the indulgent blue lobster, accompanied by tarragon sabayon, pickled shallots, charred leeks, and bisque. The showstopper, however, is the magnificent Wagyu—a premium A4 Miyazaki cut, renowned for its remarkable marbling, served with braised rib cap, oxtail, Swiss chard, button mushrooms, crosnes, and homemade beer vinegar. For dessert, executive pastry chef Carles Codina has created a sophisticated finale of Amao strawberries, salt tomato, rose water, meringue, and white VAO (vegan and organic) chocolate 34%, enriched with double soy.

To elevate the romantic atmosphere, a glass of Dom Pérignon 2015 will complement each menu, making the evening even more exceptional.

The six-course lunch experience (available between 12pm and 1.30pm) is priced at HK$2,998 per person, while the eight-course dinner experience (available between 6pm and 8.30pm) is HK$4,598 per person. Bespoke wine pairings are also available to complete the indulgent affair.
