薯仔Potato 兩個2
煙肉Bacon 4片 4slice
橄欖油Olive oil 適量 some
牛油Butter 一大塊some
鹽Salt 少量Some
黑胡椒Black Pepper 少量Some
芝士Cheese 適量Some
作法:
1 :
先將薯仔切成一片片風琴狀 slice the potato but do not cut till the end
2 :
搽上橄欖油,不單止薯仔表面,連每個夾心位置都要仔細搽勻 brush on oilve oil including the gaps at the cuts
3 :
灑上適量鹽及黑胡椒 season with salt and pepper
4 :
放入焗爐以200度氣炸15分鐘 air fry for 15 minutes at 200 C
5 :
煙肉切開備用 Cut the bacon and set aside
6 :
片裝芝士切半備用 Cut the cheese into half and spare
7 :
放一大塊牛油於薯仔表面 Pull out the tray put a large scoop of butter on top
8 :
喜歡芝士的可以在面層舖滿芝士和煙肉粒 Add a generous amount of cheese on top if you are a cheese person
9 :
再氣炸8分鐘 Air fry for another 8 minutes at the same temperature
