Cutting-edge technologies adopted for rice farming in China's Heilongjiang

HARBIN, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Cutting-edge information technologies including the Internet-of-Things and cloud-computing have been adopted for breeding management, water-saving irrigation, weather monitoring, grain growth tracking, as well as pest and weed control at a paddy rice technology demonstration park in Fujin, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, to improve both quantity and quality of rice produce.
