Tuesdays might become your favourite day of the week with Cruise Restaurant & Bar’s new Wagyu Mania dinner promotion. Available at the popular rooftop hotspot every Tuesday, the Wagyu Mania menu kicks off with a trio of appetisers such as Tom Kha clams, sweet corn fritters and crab salad. This is followed by the main event: 90 minutes of unlimited Wagyu steaks, main courses and fries. The all-you-can-eat specials include The Captain’s M5 Wagyu Sampler, which includes flap, skirt and oyster blade steaks, with a selection of house sauces, as well as sambal roast chicken, black pepper tiger prawns, sweet and sticky pork ribs, grilled miso hamachi collar.
Cruise’s Wagyu Mania dinner menu is available on Tuesdays and priced at just HK$538* per person (minimum two guests per table, requires participation of the entire table). Guests can also add on free-flow prosecco, house red and white wines, and beer for just HK$158* per person, or desserts with the choice of ice cream, cacao and coconut or mango sticky rice, for HK$48* per item.
