From Robert Delaunay’s rhythmic geometry, Vincent van Gogh’s iconic The Starry Night, to Jackson Pollock’s ground-breaking gestural paint drips on canvas and Piet Mondrian’s pure abstraction of colour, Aria’s exclusive four-course Art Menu is a lesson in artful gastronomy and meticulous plating. In the creation of this menu, Executive Chef Vecchio Angelo dove thoroughly into the history behind each painting, with careful consideration for replicating the colours used in the original works using high-quality ingredients. With each legendary artwork precisely reinterpreted in its corresponding dish, the four-course Art Menu succinctly captures each artist’s respective manifesto—from paintbrush to plate—inviting diners to feast on art in a very unique and delectable way.“An Art Menu by Aria” (HK$1,580) is available from the 27th to the 29th May.
