隨 Apple 公布秋季發布會將於 9 月 13 日舉行後，Google 不落後亦發聲明反擊，宣布 Made by Google 發布會將於美國東部時間 10 月 4 日上午 10 點在紐約舉行，Pixel 8 系列將於屈時亮相。
根據外媒 Android Police 報道，在收到 Apple 秋季發布會邀請函的數小時前，便看到 Google Store 網頁上的 Pixel 8 Pro 官方相片。除了 Pixel 8 系列，預計 Made by Google 亦會發布第二代 Pixel Watch，惟沒有其他產品的消息。
雖然外界不清楚 Google 還會在 Made by Google 上發布甚麼新產品，但 Google 在邀請函上承諾將「介紹最新的 Pixel 產品組合」。離 Made by Google 尚有一個多月的時間，預計坊間消息將會接踵而來，Google 甚至會上傳更多的新品官方相片。
