Featuring some familiar British classics, presented using modern cooking techniques to bring the best out of the ingredients, guests will find everything from the British Camembert, a soft, sweet and nutty Tunworth cheese, to showstopping Kelly Bronze turkey and indulgent King George Christmas pudding and more.
