This winter, Somm invites diners to gather in its cosy, refined bistro setting, perfect for intimate celebrations and laughter-filled evenings. Against a backdrop of neo-bistro elegance, Somm’s seasonal brunches and festive fare promise to enchant even the most discerning of tastes. Be among the first to relish seasonal specialties, including pan-fried duck foie gras with quince and Sorrento lemon, tenderloin with wild mushroom duxelles and foie gras pithivier with sauce Périgord, and a Bourbon vanilla chiboust tart with Amaou strawberries, almond frangipane and hibiscus-strawberry sorbet.

Brunch aficionados can ring in the festivities with a sparkling 90-minute free-flow of Ayala Brut Majeur Magnum champagne, alongside sommelier-curated sakes, wines, wine-based cocktails and freshly pressed juices. This year, Somm is also offering a celebratory three-course supper with free-flow wines on Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve, ensuring a delightful start to the year ahead.
