This exclusive event brings together the talents of executive chef Romeo Morelli and director of wine Alan Tse to showcase the finest Piedmont cuisine paired with a selection of premium wine made from the Nebbiolo grape.

Indulge in a meticulously crafted, five-course dining experience priced at HK$1,580 per person. The evening begins with a welcome dish created by chef Morelli, paired with the refreshing Mirafiore, Alta Langa, Brut 2018. Continue your culinary journey with dishes like gently fried artichoke with bagna cauda sauce, paired with the Proprietà Sperino, Uvaggio, Lessona 2018, and tagliatelle with mushrooms, veal jus, and Tasmanian summer truffle, accompanied by the Nervi - Conterno, Gattinara 2019.

For the main course, savour the chef's signature guinea fowl served in two ways—the slow-cooked breast with eggplant paired with the Francesco Clerico, Monforte d'Alba "Bussia", Barolo 2019, and the wing croquette with legs, orange, and peas, complemented by the La Spinetta, Neive "Starderi", Barbaresco 1996. Conclude your epicurean experience with Castellana's classic tiramisù, expertly paired with the Paolo Scavino, Castiglione Falletto "Bric dël Fiasc", Barolo 1993.
