On September 11, La Terrace by Louise will host a one-night-only culinary affair, uniting the talents of Loïc Portalier of Louise and Marcello Scognamiglio of Trattoria Felino. This exclusive collaboration marries French finesse with rustic Neapolitan flavours, offering a menu of 12 unique dishes. Highlights include the grilled monkfish paired with Amatriciana ravioli and lobster bisque, alongside cappelletti filled with red Sicilian prawns, burrata, and caviar. The evening’s atmosphere will be enhanced by live acoustic music. Adding to the allure, Simone Rossi of Ratafia Rossi will present six Italian cocktails, with notable options like the Rossino, a refreshing mix of Ratafia Rossi La Rossa and Three Cents Cherry Soda, and the playful Mamma Mia It’s Sangria, blending fresh fruits, fernet hunter, and prosecco.

While many may reach for mooncakes this Mid-Autumn Festival, Hennessy presents a more spirited indulgence with a trio of exceptional cognacs that seamlessly blend tradition and contemporary artistry. The newly revamped Hennessy X.O offers a decanter that evokes the shape of the Ugni Blanc grape, complete with a sophisticated bottle cap and matte-finished neck label. Presented in a luxurious gift box, the Hennessy X.O is ideal for family gatherings, where the festive spirit flows with every pour. Also making its debut this year is the Mid-Autumn Festival Limited Edition of Hennessy V.S.O.P, inspired by the Year of the Wood Dragon. The bottle, adorned in vibrant green and gold, features a dragon motif symbolising evolution and abundance, making it a striking centrepiece for any celebration.

Rounding out the collection, Hennessy introduces the James Hennessy cognac to Hong Kong and Macau, paying homage to its visionary namesake. Available at major wine and spirits retailers, this blend, encased in a decanter designed by Marc Newson, offers a velvety experience with notes of ripe blood peach and roasted almonds, delivering a distinctive tasting journey. The decanter’s pinkish-grey hue and contemporary design make it as much a visual delight as it is a pleasure to drink.
