港媽常為日本媽媽的精緻便當讚嘆，看到以食材拼湊出各樣動畫人物造型的便當，就覺這些家庭主婦的手藝巧奪天工！除了日本媽媽愛弄特色便當，比利時一位媽媽的餐盤也令人大開眼界！她的創作不是走可愛路線，但動物、電影名人、風景等各種效果都做得栩栩如生，讓人心折！
IG專頁” demealprepper”的主理人Jolanda Stokkermans 住在比利時的一個小村莊 Koersel，當過平面設計師，所以對藝術美感有追求。現在身份是兩個孩子的媽媽。她在大約3年前開始為料理簡單地擺盤拍照，對此產生極大的興趣，漸漸餐點擺盤的複雜度也變得一發不可收拾，培養成嗜好，發展為專業，題材愈來愈廣泛，作品更趨成熟迫真！每張美麗的餐盤創作，她都需要提前幾天決定主題、準備食物，並花上約 2-4 個小時製作。她常以香料作為顏料，用色彩本身的明暗製造出立體感。大家慢慢欣賞她猶如藝術品的餐盤佳餚吧！
