Scandinavian-inspired refreshing summer cocktail experience at Red Sugar

This summer, Red Sugar’s head mixologist, Niklas Forslin has crafted a brand-new summer-themed Scandinavian cocktail menu, offering guests a refreshing experience with unique flavours from the Nordic region.

Drawing from his extensive experience at a renowned bar in Sweden—a fixture on the World’s 50 Best Bars list for nine consecutive years—Niklas has masterfully blended the clean, minimalist flavours of Nordic ingredients with a vibrant, summery flair. Among the menu, eight new tantalising creations will dance across your palate. Expect juicy berries like blueberry and strawberry mingling with tropical notes of melon, mango and pineapple, while four types of beloved classics like apple, lingonberry and pomelo, also make an appearance.
