Ozone

Whisk Dad away to South America with Ozone's Peruvian ceviche Sunday brunch. Kicking things off is a semi-buffet selection of salmon ceviche with aji amarillo and corn; red shrimp ceviche with tomatoes; and cobia ceviche with avocado and red onion. Mains include roasted tom yum cod fish with mango and papaya salad; casarecce king crab aglio e olio with crab roe; and Ozone's signature wagyu beef burger, before a dessert of made-to-order pancakes or waffles. On Father's Day, the brunch is priced at HK$788 per adult, with free-flow packages from HK$398 up.

Newly opened, Cantina celebrates its first Father’s Day with a special dinner tasting menu for the occasion (HK$728). Highlights include Sicilian red prawn carpaccio with lemon, pistachio & pomegranate; squid ink spaghetti with cuttlefish and sea urchin; and a special Father’s Day sharing dish of oven-baked turbot with salmoriglio (for additional HK$398). The menu ends on a sweet note with cannolo Siciliano pastry filled with ricotta and pistachio, plus tiramisu scooped tableside.
