After the successful debut of showcasing wines and food from Marche in the first episode, Aria's Wine Club Series is now set to explore the next region of Central Italy in its upcoming episodes on Tuesday, June 13.
In this episode, Aria takes diners to Lazio, a historical region in the centre of Italy. The lineup focuses on the wine from Tenuta di Fiorano, a winery founded by Prince Alberico Boncompagni Ludovisi in the 1940s. A pioneer in his era, Alberico was among the first winemakers to cultivate international grape varieties in Italy. The estate is situated on the slopes of the Latium Volcano and the terroir gives birth to grapes that go on to make wine that has an incredible capacity to age. The Tenuta still makes its wine with a traditional approach, picking and pressing grapes by hand, followed by ageing with a historic cantina in 10 hectolitres of Slavonia oak cask barrels in the natural caves of the historical cellar.
The five-course pairing dinner is priced at HK$1,180 with a 10% service charge per guest. The welcome drink starts at 7pm and dinner follows at 7.30pm. Guests also have the opportunity to win a bottle of Tenuta di Fiorano wine to take home.
Make your reservation by June 6 on Aria's official website for a 15% early bird discount. All wine dinner guests will automatically become Aria's Wine Club members and receive a discount code to purchase wines from their website.
