As Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, executive Chinese chef Ken Yu and his team at Hung Tong have prepared a delightful collection of traditional and innovative mooncakes and gifts. The exquisite assortment includes the new limited-edition black thorn durian snowy mooncakes (HK$520 for six pieces), crème brûlée snowy mooncakes duet (HK$150 for two pieces), Hung Tong mini lava egg custard mooncakes (HK$398 for eight pieces) and the all-time favourite Hung Tong double egg yolks with white lotus seed paste mooncakes (HK$468 for four pieces), as well as Hung Tong mini mooncakes trio (HK$408 for six pieces) infused with three new flavours this year.
