經歷過小產的 Kary 吳雨霏，去年6月誕下兒 子 Asher，即變成緊張媽媽，遲遲未願復 工，要親力親為照顧金叵羅。日前她與老公洪立熙( Brian)帶囝囝閒逛銅鑼灣，8個月大的 Asher 終於首曝光，眼大大頭仔圓碌碌，盡得父母真傳!

吳雨霏產後家庭第一 由Cookies的少女到現在的人母，Kary吳雨霏成熟了不少，產後已8個月長期餵人奶迅速回復纖瘦身段，已習慣全職湊仔的生活，更有意煞停演藝事業，除了演唱會無了期押後、出埠工作亦耍手擰頭，實行家庭第一，事業第二 。
2015年，吳雨霏(Kary)同老公洪立熙(Brian)終於在意大利舉行浪漫草原婚禮！ 據知情者透露:「Kary依家有仔萬事足 ， 公司同佢傾叫佢開埋之前欠落嘅幾場內地巡演，佢話暫時唔開住，因為仲餵緊人奶好困身，唔方便離開個仔咁耐，總之出埠過夜就一定唔接」

To the mama traveling with kids: Before we had kids, we always say yes to adventures. We used to explore, we had more time to plan, we were spontaneous. Then we became parents, and those adventures seemed a little more daunting. Packing, traveling, planning with children seemed too hard. Then we decided to take a leap and just try it. Our adventure looks a little different now(and definitely a lot more tired). Our itineraries have gotten simpler, our packing has gotten more complicated… but I see the hassles are worth it. I see our kids learning to be resilient and flexible, I see them become braver and bolder. They are reminding us to slow down and be curious. We are breaking the routine to remember what really matters. It’s true- they won’t remember every detail of these early adventures, but that’s not the point, because we don’t just travel to build their memories, we travel to build their hearts. 知情者續指：「長時間嘅都要諗諗，所以產後佢只係出席吓活動，影吓時裝硬照，其他稍為辛苦嘅工作都推晒，佢只係想全天候都黐實個仔，老公話同佢去旅行鬆吓佢都堅持要帶埋囝囝去，而且仲緊張大師上身，凡係關於個仔嘅起居飲食，佢都絕對唔會假手於人。」
減產做全職媽咪的 Kary，一直堅持餵母 乳讓 BB健康成長，她曾貼出在候機室餵母乳照片，用行動支持餵母乳! 早前Kary一家三口去澳洲旅行，在當地入住5星級酒店時卻發生不快事，令Kary忍不住在社交網發文炮轟，力數酒店多宗罪。Kary 指酒店房間清潔情況差、最錯是把囝囝衣服攤在地上非常不衞生，當她要求服務時竟然半 小時才有工作人員前來收拾。
Kary話佢哋間房囝囝啲衫攤晒喺地，紙巾鋪晒喺枱，拖鞋就四散！ 就連包裹簽收上都出現問題。 拒讓囝囝出鏡 出名脾氣好的Kary，產後已變成緊張媽媽，只 要影響到囝囝都會觸動她的神經，而在整個旅程中，Kary 貫徹不讓囝囝曝光的宗旨，所有抱住Asher 的合照都是大背面與大側身。

Kary 對兒子非常保護，在 IG Po 相都會遮遮掩掩，未有讓兒子全相曝光。
同 Sammi同為虔誠基督徒，因信 仰成好友，早前 Kary抱埋囝囝同好友飯敍。 不時約 Cookies好姊妹Gathering ，不過放相時，囝囝都係唔見樣。 B仔首次曝光 日前本刊記者終於一睹Kary囝囝風釆，當日Kary一家三口在銅鑼灣鬧市現身，囝囝全程坐在BB車上做大爺，素顏戴上口罩的Kary與老公輕鬆行街，得閒望吓囝囝幸福笑，Asher眼大鼻頭有肉似媽咪，但嘴仔又似爸爸，非常可愛。

陪爹哋媽咪出巡的Asher，眼仔碌碌對四周事物非常好奇! 緊張媽媽 兩公婆專登行去買新鮮出爐的菠蘿包，Kary排隊等買麵包，在旁邊的Brian就不停逗囝囝玩，父愛爆棚的他，見到得意囝囝完全忘我!
早前Kary 在社交網留言解釋為何去邊都要帶住囝囝:「他提醒我們放慢腳步，我們要打破常規，記住真正重要的事情。我們不僅僅是為了建立他們的記憶，而是為了建立他們的心靈。」完全感受到Kary 對兒子的愛有多深。

帶5個月大囝囝遊世界 吳雨霏：麻煩也值得 未必每對父母都喜歡帶同BB出遊，除了因為準備工夫繁複，旅遊時不能盡興，更加因為BB成長後就不會記得旅遊時的情境，未免感覺浪費。近日明星媽媽吳雨霏則有另一番見解，於社交媒體分享。

歷險似乎離我們愈來愈遠？ 給予所有帶同BB旅遊的媽媽們：
在我們還未有小孩時，我們經常到處歷險。那時我們還有時間去計劃，到處發掘探索，說走就走。轉眼間，我們已經為人父母，那些歷險似乎離我們愈來愈遠。為小孩準備東西、帶着小孩到處遊走、為他計劃適合的行程種種動作都貌似繁雜，仿佛「冒險」令我們卻步。不過，我們仍勇於踏出第一步，放膽一試，或許我們的冒險因此而變得不一樣。當然這會令我們疲倦萬分，行程簡化了，但收拾的物品則複雜多倍。儘管如此，我仍然認為這一切都是值得的。

打破慣常生活去換取所值得的 因為這些旅程和經歷，我從他（Asher）身上看到了許多轉變，他的適應力加強了，懂得靈活變通。不但如此，他變得更勇敢，更活躍。因為旅程中有了他，這提醒著我們學會放慢腳步、保持好奇心。我們在打破慣常生活去換取所值得的東西。

遲來的報到，大家好，我叫做Asher! 謝謝大家的祝福！❤️ Asher的意思是快樂和祝福，他就是天父爸爸送給我們最珍貴的禮物。 生命真的很奇妙，從我肚子裡養育了9個月，然後搏鬥了10幾個小時後第一眼看到他, 我知道我們的生命從此就不一樣。 很想在這裡特別謝謝醫生和醫院的護士，從生產過程到出院一刻都好好的照顧我和BB 辛苦你們了！ Hello my name is Asher ❤️ Asher means happy and blessed. Thank you so much for all the love. He is indeed the greatest blessing from GOD! After nine months of nurturing, growing, and keeping him safe, we thank God for bringing this precious little gift safely into this world! 吳雨霏訴在職媽媽心聲 生BB後首次接Job嘅Kary表示，當媽後更加明白在職媽媽的心情，想繼續產前的生活，又唔想錯過囝囝的成長時光。Kary留言大嘆在職媽媽有苦自知的心聲，「當了媽媽之後，更加明白和體會在職媽媽的心情。要在家庭和事業中取得平衡真的一點都不容易！最難應該是要放下小孩讓其他人照顧，又擔心又不捨得。我只是工作幾個小時但已經很不捨得，幸好有家人幫手照顧Asher，我才安心。」

After having to leave Asher for work last week, I have a whole new level of respect and appreciation for all the working moms out there. The struggle is real, the balance is hard. To be able to manage career and family (and sleep) is not an easy task. I was away for work for only few hours and I already missed Asher sooooo much… (I know, crazy mom gotta let go😅) Whether you are stay at home mom or working mom, I just want to let you guys know that you are doing a GREAT job! respect!!! ✊🏻 當了媽媽之後，更加明白和體會在職媽媽的心情。要在家庭和事業中取得平衡真的一點都不容易！最難應該是要放下小孩讓其他人照顧，又擔心又不捨得。 我只是工作幾個小時但已經很不捨得，幸好有家人幫手照顧Asher，我才安心。 無論你是全職還是在職媽媽，你們都是好棒好棒的媽媽，大家一起加油！ #motherhood #momlife #womensupportwomen

Kary又用英文留言講述「肌膚之親」，佢話：「用孭帶孭住bb係母子間最甜蜜、最親密嘅時刻，我會好好珍惜仲可以孭住囝囝嘅時光！」

Asher頭髮好多，面珠肥嘟嘟，相當可愛！ 仔細睇相中Kary臀部位置有一個明顯嘅疤痕，Kary就留言話：「是的，這是我屁股上的傷疤，我不打算去修圖。」
雖然圖中隱約見到Kary有小小「肚凸凸」，似乎仍須努力修身。不過，呢件泳衣佢喺產前已經着過，今次生完再着都完全冇難度！
之後，Kary又上載咗一張同寶貝仔遊船河的相片，原來Asher都係蓮藕BB，好得意。 吳雨霏親測推介：「產後紮肚修身快」 Kary晒出產後泳衣照後，不少網民大眾佢：「恢復得好快，身材Fit爆！」Kary不私心、九秒九同大家分享自己產後修身秘訣——「紮肚」。
Kary仲話呢個絕對唔係「廣告」。 吳雨霏 低調百日宴 早前，囝囝Asher100日大，Kary就會寶貝仔搞咗個低調又溫馨的百日宴，依然未公開囝囝正面。
吳雨霏樂做母乳媽媽 半夜湊B冇覺瞓 升呢做媽媽嘅Kary，不時喺社交網大晒幸福湊B日常。百日宴收到祝福後，Kary更喺IG Story留言感謝大家嘅祝福，更罕有咁親自介紹一番寶貝仔Asher：
「Asher目前3個半月大，BB出世後我一直餵佢食人奶，為咗佢半夜唔駛成日餓醒，我哋每晚11點都會餵佢一次。不過…Asher每隔2個鐘都依然會好準時咁起身扭計」
之後，Kary喺半夜起身湊仔，大嘆產後媽媽冇覺瞓。佢留言話：「而家Asher每晚直到早上7點都唔會扭計食奶，但每晚依然會醒2-3次扭計要抱抱或者想食奶嘴，當我起身氹掂佢之後，佢就會馬上瞓返」
每晚被囝囝吵醒，Kary氹掂Asher後，B仔都「好無情」咁「秒睡」。 Kary話Asher可以「去到邊瞓到邊」，笑指肯定係遺傳自daddy。 湊仔好攰，但為咗嘅仔咩都值返晒。
