Modern European restaurant and bar Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social has curated a Let It Flow Brunch for guests to savour a four-course European-style menu, complete with 90-minutes of unlimited sparkling wine, local beers, house wines and soft drinks. The menu, designed by chef de cuisine James Oakley, includes the likes of hand-dived scallop crudo, slow-cooked Australian lamb rump, Wagyu beef top sirloin, lemon and lime tart, and more.
The Let It Flow Brunch is priced at HK$288 per person and is available Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 2:30pm and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 11.30am to 5pm.
