Savour the award-winning 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef from New Zealand’s First Light Farm at Grand Hyatt Steakhouse. Showcasing exceptional quality and unparalleled flavour, the menu features rare bone-in cuts that are fairly uncommon in Hong Kong.

Indulge in a range of New Zealand Wagyu steaks, including the M7 Tomahawk 36oz, M5 Porterhouse 36oz, M5 T-Bone 36oz, M5 Bone-In Sirloin 28oz, and the Entrecote steak 10oz. For something grander, opt for the porterhouse or tomahawk cuts.

Complement the Wagyu feast with a curated selection of premium New Zealand red wines, expertly paired to enhance the flavours of the different steak cuts. The menu available until the end of August 2024.
