YAOUNDE, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- A former government official from the Central African Republic (CAR) has hailed the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and cited it as an action taken by China to promote win-win cooperation between China and Africa.
Charles Armel Doubane, former CAR foreign minister, says the Belt and Road Initiative projects have boosted connectivity between countries.
