Born in Argentina and raised in Ireland, chef Nico Gellon has lived and travelled around the world for much of his life. His latest stop is Hong Kong, where he has settled for the time being to take advantage of the abundant variety of ingredients that the city has to offer. For three weekends between 23rd September to 9th October, Gellon has prepared an autumn menu to showcase his passion for the culinary arts. Expect nothing short of an explosion of creativity on the dining table.
This month at MOTD Concepts, Gellon is offering seven nights of his reservations-only dinner tasting menu, "Autumn Nomad Menu: An Inspiration by Glam & Gem", on September 23, 24, 30, and October 1, 7 to 9.
