Kate Moss changed the standard for models as we know it—she was shorter, waifish and had an unusual beauty compared to her counterparts such as Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista and, of course, Naomi Campbell. However, that didn’t stop her from joining the ranks of the top supermodels of the ‘90s, and every designer wanted to showcase their designs on the young star. Fashion powerhouses like Chanel, Dior and Versace loved her, as did the It designers of the time, Anne Klein and Isaac Mizrahi. She quickly found herself being invited to all the major events alongside the biggest celebrities—we're talking “Cannes Film Festival on the arm of Johnny Depp” major.
