With sunny days on the horizon, Fortnum’s is unveiling a season filled with enticing events and mouthwatering summertime products at their harbourside K11 Musea destination.

Certain to quench the thirst of discerning sippers of every stripe, a handpicked selection of seasonal teas and summer-ready wines and spirits await at Fortnum’s this season, including a new summer cooler tea, a Bacchus wine made in the picturesque English countryside, and a wonderfully unique spirit of Oolong Wu Yi tea vodka, infused with Da Hong Pao tea.

For adventurous foodies, Fortnum’s is also introducing a range of sweet and savoury delights that are perfect for your next al fresco feast. This includes New Zealand Manuka honey, perfect for spreading on teatime scones, and a glorious assortment of truffled condiments and savoury relishes, all ready to add punch and flavour to barbecue and picnic favourites.

And if the scrumptious food and drink weren’t already reason enough to chart a course to K11 Musea, there’s also a calendar of events to experience, starting with a series of Feast on Fortnum’s tasting evenings, during which intrepid foodies will be taken on a culinary tour through Fortnum’s retail space, where a selection of new food and drink creations will be available to sample, including wine and spirits, seasonal teas, and sweet and savoury food made for summer.

What’s more, Fortnum’s is also playing host to a special Summer Chef Series, featuring a monthly roster of renowned chefs, each of whom will present a special set menu at 181.

Launching the series in June is chef Tiffany Lo, the talented artist behind Hong Kong’s beloved restaurant Jean May. Lo shares Fortnum’s commitment to championing extraordinary food and brings her expertise in seasonality, sustainability and East-West cuisine to craft menus that showcase some of Fortnum’s products.

“I am incredibly honoured to be the first chef in Fortnum & Mason’s Summer Chef Series. As a homegrown Hong Kong chef, being able to showcase my cuisine and inspiration at 181 alongside products from such an esteemed British institution is a truly special experience for me”, says Lo.
