Our specially designed nine-course set menus are a symphony of flavours, with each course crafted to perfection to enhance your celebration. Highlights include our signature roast suckling pig, an epitome of culinary craftsmanship, and braised whole six-head abalone with sea cucumber, a dish that combines rich flavours with luxurious textures.
