Chinese New Year is a time for togetherness, and nothing is more suitable than welcoming a new year with Yué’s festive CNY menu accompanied by family and friends.

The newly Michelin-recommended Cantonese restaurant Yué has curated an array of festive favourites, wishing you a prosperous Year of the Rabbit. Highlights include the claypot braised abalone; goose web and dried oysters; pan-fried semi-dried oyster with honey; dried scallops stuffed fuzzy squash with dried oyster and black moss; braised vegetables with red fermented beancurd and more.

For those craving for traditional bite-size delights, go for the Chinese New Year dim sum menu which consists of steamed pork dumplings with dried oyster and black moss; sticky rice wrap with Chinese sausages and preserved meat; pan-fried coconut-flavoured golden cake; Chinese New Year pudding, and deep-fried sesame cookies.

Yué's festive items are available until February 5th 2023.
