BEIT DAJAN, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- Palestinian people on Friday took part in a protest against the expansion of Jewish settlements in the West Bank village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.
The anti-settlement demonstrations are held every week in different parts of the West Bank.
Israel occupied the West Bank in 1967 and has since established settlements there, which are considered violations of international law.
