BEIJING, June 15 (Xinhua) -- In response to a recent study by the University of Chicago, which says China has reduced air pollution in seven years nearly as much as the U.S. did in three decades, a spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry said it attests to notable progress China has achieved in reducing air pollution at home.
